Michelle Atkinson of Ross Morgan is your property manager. Ross Morgan has been in business since 1982 and currently provides quality service to over 300 Associations. Michelle is responsible for the day to day operation of the association. Charlene Gonzalez is the Assistant Manger for the association.

The Ross Morgan staff is very helpful and will assist you with your questions, comments and problems. All matters are handled in house: management, accounting, administration, etc. Ross Morgan and Company is committed to serving its clients with the utmost professionalism, integrity, and loyalty, which we believe are vital ingredients toward a successful relationship with our clients. Ross Morgan collects the assessments, supervises the Association's banking accounts and financial records, provides all accounting and administrative services, attends Board meetings, and is generally responsible for the maintenance of the Solano Verde Ranch HOA.

Ross Morgan is responsible solely to the Board of Directors and works closely with the individual Board Members. Home or Lot owners should notify Ross Morgan of any problems or concerns they may have. Ross Morgan will notify the Board of Directors, and together we try to solve each problem. As a homeowner, you are individually responsible for your home and lot and property maintenance. Any recommendations or suggestions are welcomed, and should be addressed to Ross Morgan and Company.

Ross Morgan office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
