Your Association has an Architectural Review Committee whose responsibility is to enforce the Association's architectural guidelines. Please read the Association's governing documents very carefully, otherwise you might be very surprised later to learn that you are not able to do with your home or property what you want or had in mind. Our management company is bound by the Association's CC&Rs and Architectural guidelines. In the event you are in violation, the Board has the means and duty to enforce the CC&Rs.

Architectural Review Committee (ARC) The ARC is being reformed this summer. The role of the ARC is to assist the Board with enforcing the Architecture guidelines relative to association requirements. The ARC can also recommend amendments and draft suggestions for improvements to the current Rules. The Board voted in Hannelore Woelfl, Sandy Zinnato, and Howard Gold as ARC Members.
